As it is usually the case, you are left with a bunch of ripe bananas which begs for some action or else... And you probably end up with a cekodok pisang if you are true blue Malaysian. But sometimes you find that you want to put in a bit more effort into it. So out comes the baking utensils and you switch on the oven.
