Kevar Burfi

Seemingly a healthy option to burfi as it is made of kevar flour (finger millet/ragi) but with loads of sugar and butter.. go figure. A unique taste though!

You just need kevar flour, good-quality unsalted butter, sugar and spices of your choice. Stir stir stir, swirl swirl swirl..20 minutes later...
