
I had some extra dough after mini sausage buns (because i skimmed the dough on the sausages for lesser carb). So i divided into two, tucked a slice of cheddar cheese in the centre of each dough, smoothed it up, swipe a bread knife lightly to part the dough slightly, swiped some milk, sprinkled a teaspoon of chopped almonds and a sprinkled of coarse sugar.

Soft fluffy bread goes great with black coffee.
