Prepare the batter for fritters..
5 tbs of preferably dhall flour but wheat flour will do, 1 teasp curry powder, 1 tbs milk powder, 1 teasp cumin, chopped oregano, salt and stir in cold water.

Dip cut florets into batter and fry in hot vegetable oil for 5 minutes..

Yum..also known as Gobi Pakora!
