


Coz it's, weekend, and u can afford to fall asleep after lunch...! Except for this side effects, il have banana leaf everyday of the week if i can.
I dunno whether its the spices or the coconut milk or ghee, this ultimate Indian meal always induces a stupor in me. Probably that's why in Ayurveda, it is actually advised for u to take a short nap after meal to ease digestion.
