This new year i have a few resolutions.
1) Don't trust bipolars, especially if she is your mother, they are lying, manipulating bitches. Face it, she is no longer your mother because it is not a mother's natural instincts to hurt, humiliate or harm her child. Accept that the diseased mind has taken over and handle it accordingly.

2) When someone takes the liberty to bite at you needlessly, make sure you bite harder so that they never do it again to your or others.
Surprisingly there are some people who think they can get away with unfair prejudices and judgements. It is to you to put them in their place.
3) Never apologise, never second guess- especially when you know you are doing the right thing.
You were there, you saw what happened, don't let others rewrite it for you or demean it for you.
4) No matter what is the external elements in your life, never let it affect your inner peace.
End of the day, you know it will all balance up because it always will. Things will come around and you will be there to witness it so even you had to fight your demons outside ferociously, have a good night's sleep.
5) Sometimes when the situation warrants it, you have to take charge even if doesnt make everyone happy.
Sometimes you can't let things be, they just rot, so the moment you see signs of things going bad, nip it before it gets out of control.
6) Silence is not golden, sometimes it gets interpreted as guilt and insignificant. Action is better.
Don't hesitate to bang that phone down on people with no phone manners even if it is that old male member in the family everyone is afraid about. Don't be afraid to stand up to bullies or fling their old skeletons back in their faces to remind them they are not as perfect as they like to believe. Make sure you go the whole way. And burn your bridges.
