First of all, contrary to many claims, Epsom Salt is NOT SUITABLE for every plant and two, contrary to claims that it doesnt act like salt, YES, IT ACTS LIKE SALT and can CAUSE LEAF SCORCH and TOAST YOUR PLANT altogether.
While more woody plans seem to thrive and not even particularly bother much, those plants which are soft and succulent, needs to stay away.
This is what happened to my Torenia given a spray of epsom.

Even the usually hardy backyard oregano succumbed.
This is the consequence of my own greed. My Daun Kadok was doing great and i thought maybe just maybe Epsom can improve on greatness... and i learnt my lesson. Never get greedy.
Am just waiting the outcome on my pots or roses and dahlias. So far so good. Am waiting to rid off the black spots.
