
So there you have it, each ball of dough filled up with tuna filling. Dough recipe still same as in Cheese bun. Just mix 350gm super fine flour, half a 11g packet of Mauripan instant yeast, a teaspoon of bread improver, 50gm sugar and warm water to combine and add a tbspoon of oil and knead till the dough smoothens. Let rest for 30 mins.

All assembled and ready to go face the heat, haha, sounds like so long ago in school and those something went wrong impromptu office meetings. Yikes. Let dough rest another 15mins.

Glistening (because i brushed butter on top as soon i get them out of the oven), warm, say bite me and two buns vanished before i can go get the cam.
