Champagne Prawns

Day 4. It is time for a little treat.. real food! Hubby bought a bottle of Sparkling Brut some time back. I lugged it back and popped it for a lil celebration last night.. but an almost full bottle remained. So.. have to dispose it fast. $5 prawns + $80 bubbly = (real good) Champagne Prawn. Very easy.
























Marinate prawns in bubbly for 30 mins.



Use the leftover marinate + salt + pepper + flour and make a little batter. Dip and fry for 1 mins. You could prepare your own sauce but they are just as good without.
