
What can be more apt than a blob of uppuma to wind down on a Saturday morning.. I like the blob version more than the drier, grainy type. With a sprinkle of soft brown sugar... and black coffee or tea on the side though Milo's great too! Took me 10 mins to prepare.
Slice some small onions (more flavour) and fry with a little ghee together with a sprinkle of mustard , cumin, fennel, fenugreek seed mix, dried chillies and curry leaves. Pour some water .. depends how gooey you want it to go and add salt. Add the semolina flour and stir on medium heat for 3 minutes. Finally, add a dash of love! ;) Done.
