Durian Cookies

Durian cookies for Deepavali anyone? Ok.. I rather say I was being innovative ... but actually I had this gorgeous D24 pulp sitting in my freezer for 3 months now(since the last durian season) and had to find a worthy way to let it go.



And I thought .. durian cookies! For Diwali.. why not. Hence, after 6 hours of trial and error (btw, there isn't even a single durian cookie recipe online to refer to) and for a second I did question the wisdom of my actions..but for all my trouble, I was fairly rewarded with these..


I think I'll go and wash my durian (smell) hair now.
