Old Hippie Town

That aside. Random. Maybe not. Somehow hippies comes to mind. Cant say all liked them. But they did leave some legacy behind. E.g. the city of San Francisco for what it is today. No doubt they made a lot of love.. and babies. Flower children. Romantic concept..even idealistic. But the prim and proper balked.. the ones who supposedly knew what was best for society. Ok.. true, the hippies overdid the love and peace thing a little.. drugs.. orgies.. aimless living...can't say those did anything to stop war!



But.. cant deny something didn't come through.. that humane spirit. The real stuff got to the people because deep down inside we all 'know' there was some truth in it. Humanity was meant to live differently. Most of us had had enough with wars and other self inflicted sufferings. Totally senseless. People wanted a choice. Not being led or told to live the ways of others.

Anyway.. this old hippie town. San Francisco. Is totally globalised today. Not probably what was envisioned.. but if yes.. the one can say the world has come together there. Whites, blacks, Asians, Hispanics. what hv u nots.. make up the mix up population! For good or bad.. it's a start for a borderless world.. if that happens!
