But.. thats not what this is about.. this is about Malaysia's other favourite street food.."otak-otak" (otak translates as brain btw).
Technically, fish paste mixed in various aromatic, pungent herbs, wrapped in banana leaves and barbequed (not to be confused with pulut udang). U can smell them 100m away! Great pick me ups! Though personally i feel the best of em comes fr Thailand.
