
There are some food meant to be a fix. That means you cant go long periods without having it. And one is spaghetti. I have it at least once a month, jus cooked plainly with good olive oil, throw in a few cloves of garlic, generous portion of tomato puree and probably tuna or minced chicken for that extra bite. Top the sauce up onto cooked spaghetti with or without a sprinkling of cheese.
The twang of the sour tomato puree hits the back of tongue immediately and opens up ur appetite. And things get moreish from thereon. My spaghetti binge normally starts at dinner, right to supper and even stretches to next day's lunch if I make enough. And then i lay low and wait for the next fix!
